If you live in Essex and would like to volunteer to help Wagtails Rescue...
We do not have an actual centre for the dogs - a few dogs are in boarding kennels and the rest are in foster homes in and around Essex. Therefore we do not ever need help with things like dog walking, kennel cleaning etc.
However are looking for rescue / dog-experienced volunteers based in and around Essex who could help with the following:
Homechecks (all of our dogs require thorough homechecks before they can leave our care)
Transportation (we may occasionally require dogs being picked up from their homes and taken to foster homes/kennels - especially urgent cases)
We need very reliable people, who are passionate about dogs and have free time in the week and/or weekends (perhaps you work part-time, are retired, or are a mum with some spare time to offer around school hours).
